20 December at 6 pm at the former St. This meaningful cultural cycle will be crowned with the closing event of the Simon Dach Year, “The Word That Won’t Extinguish” – an audiovisual mystery combining music, choir, theatre, movement and modern projection technologies. The event was directed by Rūta Bunikytė, performed by Klaipėda Youth Theatre, Klaipėda Concert Hall Choir “Aukuras”, soloist Rima Petrauskaitė.

According to the authors of the project, on the festive evening, the audience will be treated to a ritual of light, sound, word and memory, returning the poet to the city and the city to the light of the poet’s work, and ushering in 2026 in a meaningful way.
