Choir “Pajūrio echoes” invites you to a free concert in the renovated Stained Glass Mense

As the great holidays of the year approach, the Klaipėda University Mixed Choir “Pajūrio echoes” invites the city community and guests to stop for a moment in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to sit together and enjoy live music. On 18 December 2025 at 18:00, a free concert will take place in the renovated Stained Glass Menorah of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Klaipėda University (S. Nėries str. 5, Klaipėda).

The programme of the festive evening will include hymns by Lithuanian and foreign composers and the delicate sound of the organ, which will give the evening a solemn and gentle festive atmosphere.

The concert programme will be performed by the Klaipėda University Mixed Choir “Pajūrio echoes” under the direction of the artistic director and conductor Prof. Algirdas Šumskis. The choir is assisted by vocal pedagogue Prof. Valentina Vadoklienė, and the organ will be played by concertmaster Eglė Bandzevičienė. The course of the evening and the festive mood will be created by the actress, Assoc. Prof. Virginija Kochanskytė.
