On 10 July at 5.30 p.m. we invite you to the Library’s Conference Room for a piano improvisation concert with Alessio Manini (Italy). The event will feature improvisations on operas, Italian songs and film music.
Alessio Manini (Grosetto, Italy) is a clarinettist, pianist, composer, pedagogue, choral conductor, and law graduate. For about two decades, he was the first solo clarinet player in a symphony orchestra. As a clarinetist and writer, he has been deeply involved in local folklore, chamber music as an organiser and performer, and orchestral instrumental arranging as a composer and conductor. Since 2017; Teaches at the Galileo Galilei secondary school in Grosseto.
