Starter: Mini octopus and seafood appetizer with passionfruit-orange sauce; Hot dish: aged Care lamb with potato cake wells, caramelised mini vegetables and mint-pomegranate reduction; Dessert: Pine needle flavoured panna cotta with blackberry jelly and maple syrup.
