And the stars are explored by astronomers and astrophysicists. One of them – Friedrich Wilhelm Argelander, a famous astronomer, born and lived in Klaipėda, here today is still an undiscovered personality, although well known in Europe for his atlas of astrometric celestial stars.

A constellation is a group of stars that are visually connected by a particular configuration. And even though in three-dimensional space these stars may have no connection, they can be grouped into certain groups when looking from Earth to the night sky.
