The 2nd International Festival of Orchestras returns, inviting residents and visitors to immerse themselves in the swirl of orchestral sounds. On 5-6 September, professional and youth orchestras from Lithuania and Latvia will meet in the city’s squares, plazas and quays, accompanied by soloists’ voices and choreographic elements. <\/div>\n
