Promising performers are selected to play in the orchestra and are brought together in intensive workshops, where they are given the opportunity to work with internationally renowned conductors and world-class soloists.  <\/p>\n<p>The orchestra performs extensively throughout France, including the Paris, Lille and Dijon philharmonics, prestigious festivals, and tours abroad in the summer. Three orchestra sessions are organised each year, bringing together around 100 musicians studying at French music academies. During these sessions, young musicians work with experienced professionals to deepen their knowledge and study the orchestra&#8217;s repertoire, which covers music from the 18th century to the present day.  <\/p>\n<p>From the summer of 2025, the orchestra&#8217;s music director will be Estonian conductor Kristiina Poska. Every year, the orchestra organises a European tour, presenting a &#8220;French sound&#8221; and introducing young musicians to the professional performance cultures of different countries.  <\/p>\n<p>This is the first concert of the French National Youth Symphony Orchestra in Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concert programme:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Symphonic Poem <em>Thus Spoke Zarathustra<\/em> by R.
