Summer concerts at the Klaip\u0117da Castle Ruins have a completely different feel. The water, the Old Town, the evening air, and the music under the open sky create a special atmosphere here. Andrius Mamontovas\u2019 concert at this venue promises an evening filled with energy, nostalgia, and that summery lightness that makes certain concerts linger in one\u2019s memory for a very long time.   <\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Klaip\u0117da will host \u201cBest Songs: Part I\u201d\u2014a program featuring the best songs by Andrius Mamontovas, written during various periods of his career. These are songs that many know by heart and that have long been cherished by several generations of listeners. The evening\u2019s program includes songs such as \u201cYellow. Green. Red,\u201d \u201cCity of Dreams,\u201d \u201cYour Dream,\u201d \u201cSailor\u2019s Song,\u201d \u201cCity of the Sun,\u201d and many other famous hits. Joining Andrius Mamontovas on stage will be an international group of young musicians, including Andrius Mamontovas\u2019s son, Andrius, on drums. The live sound of this ensemble infuses these nostalgic songs with new energy and verve.       <\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">The first stop on this concert tour in Klaip\u0117da will kick off a three-city tour on the penultimate weekend of August. Klaip\u0117da, Druskininkai, and Kaunas are the only places where Andrius Mamontovas will perform with his band this summer. Three evenings, three unique venues, and one story.
