The event will take place in the newly restored Castle Tower (Prie\u0161pilio St. 2, Klaip\u0117da).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simonas Dachas\u2014one of the most prominent cultural figures of 17th-century Prussian Lithuania\u2014continues to remind us today, through his work, of the region\u2019s multicultural history. To mark this occasion, a cozy gathering is being organized, featuring Baroque music and a celebration of the poet\u2019s life and literary legacy.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>A highlight<\/strong> of the evening<strong> <\/strong>There will be a screening of the documentary film \u201cM\u0117melis Was the Name of My Hometown\u201d (running time: 20 min.).
