Der alte Fährhafen befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, direkt an der Mündung des Danė Fluß am Kurischen Haff. Diese Fähre befördert Personen und Radfahrer (keine Kraftfahrzeuge). In der Winter-Saison fährt die Fähre stündlich und in der Sommer-Saison halbstündlich. Vom alten Fährterminal aus gibt es spezielle Fähren, die Sie direkt zum litauischen Meeresmuseum und Delphinarium bringen können.
Die neue Fähre (auch Autofähre genannt) befindet sich im südlichen Teil der Stadt, in der Nähe des internationalen DFDS Fähre Terminal. Diese Fähre befördert Autos, Busse, sowie Fußgänger und Radfahrer und fährt das ganzes Jahr über alle 20 Minuten.
