2 March, 2 pm. UAB “Morės prekyba” opens a new market “Pilvo gale jomarkas!”
A vacancy is opened for the post of Director of jomark. Candidates are Lašininis, the meat shop magnate, and Kanapinskas, a broker in the Onion and Potato Department. Everyone is invited to the public competition attraction, with discounts on horseradish and parsnips! We will dance, trample, mask, buy and sell everything.
Participants: “Gatunkas” (Klaipėda), “Karšuva” and “Gers Smuoks” (Šilalė), “Žvejytės” (Dreverna), Klaipėda Ethnocultural Centre folklore ensembles.
The organiser of the festival is the Klaipėda City Municipality Ethnocultural Centre.
The Kaziukas Fair will also take place in the Theatre Square during Midsummer.
