⚡️ A high-voltage zone on the Lithuanian rock scene: Musical forces from three cities will clash in Klaipėda

September 18, the Klaipėda club “Mixeria” (39 Taikos Ave.) will become the epicenter of new-generation rock and metal music for Lithuania’s three major cities—Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda.

The KAME project presents a unique concert where waves of classical and alternative rock will merge the energy of different regions and promise the port city’s audience an evening that is expected to cause some real “network disruptions.”

This event is not your typical concert, but a powerhouse lineup of three bands that are musically diverse yet equally uncompromising. The darkness of Vilnius’s alternative metal scene will meet Kaunas’s gritty dark country sound, and Klaipėda’s epic alternative rock.

The Synergy of the Sounds of Different Cities

Tonight, the audience will see three rapidly rising bands representing the rock culture of their respective cities:

• BLOGI (Vilnius): An alternative metal band formed by two friends, whose music ranges from extremely heavy, hard-hitting breakdowns to deep, lyrical passages. The Vilnius-based band brings a dark yet melodic energy to the port city, breaking the traditional boundaries of the genre.

• GARMA (Kaunas): This band masterfully blends powerful classic rock with American dark country atmosphere, and the soul of the blues. Their trademark is a lively, sincere, and incredibly energetic sound without any artificial embellishments.

• BOSS FIGHT (Klaipėda): An alternative rock band that will take the stage, whose musical themes transport listeners on an “epic journey” into a medieval fantasy world. The band doesn’t offer cheap flash on stage—their performances are fueled by straightforward, hard-hitting, and pure rock energy.

A Cultural Boost for the Port City

The KAME (Klaipėda Alternative Music Spaces) project, which is organizing the event, aims to revitalize the port city’s cultural life and provide a platform for talented artists from all over Lithuania.

The KAME project is partially funded by the Klaipėda City Municipality. According to the organizers, such joint city projects not only facilitate the exchange of creative experiences but also bring together a community of people who are passionate about live music.

The event organizers recommend arriving at the “Mixeria” club early to secure your seats in the hall. The doors to the “high-energy zone” open at 7:00 p.m., and the first wave of rock music will rock the stage at exactly 8:00 p.m.
