“Juice and Milk is the second edition of the French Gastronomy Day in Klaipėda, dedicated to natural wines, vineyards of the Brittany region and a variety of French cheeses.
On 22 June. Everyone who is interested in learning about the culture of French farms, enjoying a “tasty”, easy and inspiring interaction, and experiencing the joy of discovering new flavours is welcome at the Klaipėda Culture Factory on the 22nd of June.
The whole day, from 12 noon to 6 pm, will be devoted to tastings and lively interactions with winemakers from France who apply the principles of biodynamic farming and natural fermentation methods. We will have the opportunity to taste more than 20 different types of wine from 7 wine farms in Western France. We will also taste carefully selected cheeses, ideally matched to the wines we are tasting, brought to Klaipėda for the second time by Jean-Philippe Rougier, who will be able to tell you all about French cheeses from the Beillevaire cheese factory!
7 pm. The Gourmet Day will culminate with a dramatic comedy screening of the film “Sous le ciel d’Alice” (“Under Alice’s Sky”) in the Cinema Hall of the Culture Factory.
