CEREMONY TO REPLACE THE (HERALDIC) FLAG CHANGE CEREMONY
The old flag is lowered by soldiers of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Naval Forces, and the new one is raised by soldiers of the 3rd Brigade of the Samogitian District of the National Defense Volunteer Forces

7:00 p.m. PARADE of military units, statutory organizations, and civic groups from the Klaipėda Garrison, carrying the Klaipėda City Flag, from the intersection of Herkaus Manto and P. Lideikio Streets to the northern pier in Melnragė

8:00–10:00 p.m. at the Klaipėda Castle Site
