28 January, 18.30 A workshop for people with mobility disabilities will take place in the 1st floor menorah of Klaipėda Drama Theatre. The workshop will be conducted by theatre actors Samanta Pinaitytė and Karolis Maiskis.
The workshop will focus on personal and deep exploration of the body and mindfulness training. Using imagination, various theatrical expressions and different movement techniques, the aim will be to get to know your body better, to awaken and activate your musculature according to individual needs and possibilities. Theatrical games will be used to release tensions, develop attention, concentration, attentiveness and imagination.
Duration – 1 hour. 30 min.
The workshop is open to 25 people.
