Since ancient times, the inhabitants of the Baltic coast have treasured the sea’s gift, amber, as gold. Many people believed, and still do, that amber contains magical powers that can protect against evil and heal. Today, seaside residents and visitors can enjoy a unique amber fishing excursion. During the tour, you will learn about the origin and properties of amber, and get acquainted with the guide’s original amber collection. You will be introduced to the peculiarities of amber catching and collecting. The bravest will be able to try their hand at the waves of the sea with a rake. The tours are led by Igor Osnač, an experienced guide and amber hunter.
