Participants are invited to art therapy sessions. Art therapy helps not only to relax but also to get to know oneself better. During the sessions, participants will perform meditation exercises, play associative games, and analyze their experiences through creative expression in a non-judgmental environment with an art therapist.
Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., adults (ages 16 and up) are invited to the art studio—here, participants can try out various art techniques and experience art therapy.
All tools are provided.
The price for a single class is 14 euros; for schoolchildren, students, and seniors, it is 10 euros.
