Do you want to play chess, but don’t have anyone to play with? Every Saturday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Klaipėda Amateur Chess Club (KŠMK) invites anyone interested in playing chess to the “Kauno Atžalynas” branch of the Immanuel Kant Public Library of the Klaipėda City Municipality (49 Kauno St.). Chess boards are set up and friendly companions are waiting for you. Or maybe you just want to learn how to play? Adults can learn to play for free.
The club’s goal is to bring together people of all ages who share a common interest and passion for chess.
