We invite you to a concert of sacred music by the Lübeck Boys’ Choir “Knabenkantorei” at the Church of the Queen of Peace (Rumpiškės street 6).
The choir has been in existence since 1948 and has more than 40 boys and young men singing in it. Its repertoire includes chorales, Bach oratorios, Renaissance and contemporary works.
Since 1971, the Boys’ Choir has been based at St.
The choir regularly sings at liturgy and organises several large concerts each year, including four Christmas concerts and a performance of Bach’s St John Passion on Good Friday. The choir also tours annually both at home and abroad.
