After eight years of being away from music together, Liūdni slibinai announces the end of their holiday. In the autumn, the band will hold concerts in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Panevėžys, where they will remember the sad nature of life.
“We rested, we lived, we met those who hadn’t forgotten us and we felt that it would be too sad if we didn’t see each other again. Arenas, we heard, are all busy nowadays, stadiums are also only for schools, so we decided to meet in closer spaces where we can see people’s eyes and feel their hearts,” says Vaidas Kublinskas, who was once known as the brain behind Liūdnų dragonų.
In an acoustic programme entitled “Sad Dragons. Dar kartą” will feature the already well-known songs by the theatrical group based on the lyrics of Lithuanian poets, as well as the existential works of Vaidas Kublinskas, Dominykas Vaitiekūnas and Aistė Lasytė, which are featured on their latest album “Everything will soon be over”.
