The Panevėžys Wind Orchestra “Garsas”, led by conductor Martynas Bražas, invites you to a concert of classics and new melodies from the Lithuanian stage. The orchestra will be joined on stage by two Lithuanian soloists – baritone Dainius Puišys and soprano Aistė Pilibavičiūtė, who will perform well-known songs, duet numbers and popular melodies.

The programme includes a wide panorama of Lithuanian composers: from the classics of the stage Eduardas Balsis, Benjaminis Gorbulskis, Mikas Vaitkevičius, Mikalojus Novikas, Algimantas Raudonikis, Teisutis Makačinas, to the contemporary composers, such as Andrius Kulikauskas, Laimis Vilkončius, Vytautas Kernagi, Jaroslav Cechanovičius, Tomas Leiburas, Gintautas Abarius, and many more. Solo numbers, duets, pop versions of slager songs and instrumental arrangements will be performed, combining the live sound of the orchestra with the nostalgia and energy of the pop genre.
