On the last Sunday of the month—July 26—after the yoga class, there will be an opportunity to view the permanent exhibition of Pranas Domšaitis’s work free of charge, temporary exhibitions, and to fill the usually quiet gallery space with the sounds of piano music.
Open Piano Sunday, which began as part of the civic campaign WE GREW UP! has become a tradition—on the last Sundays of the month, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., we invite visitors to play the piano in the gallery free of charge. Everyone is welcome—both beginners and advanced music lovers.
This is a great opportunity to share music with others in an unexpected setting. No matter what you perform—a short piece or an improvisation—be bold and creative.
