On 11, 18 and 25 February at 6 pm we will meet with traditional embroidery master Irena Ungaro for a training in needlepoint and Richelieu techniques.
The following parts of the white cloth costume were decorated in these ways: cap, scarf (drawstring, sash, mutur), handkerchief (snip, snuff), shirt (perpeté, collar).

2025 Crafts in Lithuania Minor project activities present the peculiarities of regional folk costumes and traditional crafts. The costumes of Lithuanian women are distinguished by their ornate embroidered delmones, handkerchiefs, scarves, shirts and belts. We continue our national costume embroidery courses, during which we share the secrets of various embroidery techniques.
