“SINGING THE SLAGERS”
Eugenijus Chrebtovas, an exceptional, versatile, audience favourite opera soloist and performer of popular songs, invites the audience to take a trip back in time – to the past, where the most famous classics of the Lithuanian stage music scene – the slagers – can be heard!
In this concert programme, the soloist pays special attention to the audience and captivates them not only with the quality of his singing, but also with his warm, immediate communication. This time Eugenijus invited Nerijus Stankas, famous in the TV music projects “Muzikos akademija” and “Lietuvos balsas”, to sing with him.
The works of renowned Lithuanian composers will take the audience back to the times of the mature stage, when the word and melody made it possible to fall in love with a song, when legends created songs, and songs created legends.
The programme will include songs from the repertoire of Stasys Povilaitis, Vytautas Kernagis, Viktoras Malinauskas and other Lithuanian singers and bands.
RITMO GROUP: Tomas Dičiūnas (keyboards), Denis Murašov (bass guitar), Andrius Kairys (drums) will perform.
