We invite you to a special evening of music – the first concert by a professional choir in the Stained Glass Menorah after its renovation.

Concert:
Klaipėda Choir “Aukuras”,
artistic director and conductor Tomas Ambrozaitis,
choirmaster Dovilė Kirdaitė,
concertmaster Aušra Valentienė.

The evening’s programme will feature choral music by Lithuanian and foreign composers – from the classical repertoire to contemporary, artistically and technically compelling works.

Aukuras Choir is one of the most prominent professional choirs in Western Lithuania, a group that has been active for more than three decades, famous for its rich sound, precise intonation and creative interpretations; the choir is a laureate of many international competitions and has performed in Lithuania, Europe, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Israel and Thailand.

The renovated Stained Glass Art Gallery opens up new opportunities for professional music and live encounters with cultural events of high artistic quality.
