Tatiana Tamashauskiene – back yoga therapist and postnatal recovery yoga teacher invites mothers of toddlers to a yoga class where simple but effective self-regulation exercises through movement and breathing will be performed.
The class is especially relevant for women who want to restore symmetry to their bodies (mothers carrying babies).
All the practices are gentle, but afterwards you will notice an increase in strength, discomfort and pain, and a greater love for yourself.
