We invite you to try a sightseeing kayak tour on the Danė River and discover Klaipėda from an unexpected perspective—from the water. During the trip, you’ll learn interesting stories and facts about the city: where the nuclear bunker in Klaipėda is located, which city rooftops have beehives, the history of Jono Hill, and other city secrets.
The tours are suitable for both adults and children. Participants are provided with kayaks as needed—single, double, or triple. Life jackets, waterproof bags, and guide systems are also provided so you won’t miss a single story while paddling.

Routes and Meeting Places
There are two tour options available:
- Shorter route:
Meeting place: by the bridge on Liepų Street over the Dane River.
Duration: up to 2 hours. - Longer route:
Meeting place – by the Tauralaukis Bridge / near the Botanical Garden:

Price
Adults – 30 EUR per person
Children under 12 – 25 EUR per person
Children under 5 – free. Child seats are provided in the kayaks for the little ones.
The tour takes place when a group of at least 10 participants has gathered. The maximum group size is 25 people.
The tour can also be organized for smaller groups, but a minimum tour fee of 300 euros applies.
