We’ll kick off the summer weekends at the Pranas Domšaitis Gallery of the Lithuanian National Museum of Art with some yoga sessions. They’ll take place outdoors on the lawn, or inside the museum if the weather is bad.
Yoga is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, as well as for all age groups. During the exercises, the focus is on proper breathing, healthy stretching, balance, and strengthening. Yoga relaxes and calms the nervous system and improves physical and emotional well-being.
Yoga classes at the Pranas Domšaitis Gallery will be held on Sundays (July 5, 12, 19, and 26) at 10 a.m.
The one-hour classes will be led by yoga instructor Brigita. Please bring your own yoga mats.
Cost of the class: a donation as you are able, and a thank you to the instructor.
To register, please send a text message to yoga instructor Brigita at +37068264141, including the following information: “Summer Yoga at the Museum,” the participant’s name(s), and the date.
