Klaipėda Branch of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Volunteers’ Union, with the support of the 3rd Detachment of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union of the West (Sea) Rifles and the Klaipėda Garrison Officers’ Ramp of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union, invites all servicemen and the citizens of the country to take an active part in the traditional night hiking march along the traditional footpaths of the Klaipėda Rebels.

The 25th Anniversary Walk in 2026 will take place on the night of Friday 16 January and Saturday 17 January along a 25 km route from Klaipėda State College (Jaunystės g. 1, Klaipėda) to Klaipėda Central Stadium (Sportininkų g. 46, Klaipėda).
The Walk is dedicated to honouring the fighting Ukraine.

Date of march: 16-17 January 2026

The march will start and the ceremonial formation will take place on 16 January 2026 at 21.00 in front of Klaipėda State College (Jaunystės st. 1, Klaipėda).

The march is scheduled to end at around 6 am at the Klaipėda Central Stadium (Sportininkų str. 46, Klaipėda).

Participants are advised to leave their vehicles at the Klaipėda Central Stadium and to use public transport to reach the starting point.

The donation (entry fee) is EUR 7 for online registrants, EUR 5 for students and EUR 10 for those registering at the start.

The cost of a medal is EUR 20 (payable at the finish line).

Entry and the distribution of route maps will start on Friday 16 January 2026 at 16:00. 16.00 on 16.06.2018 at the premises of Klaipėda State College (Jaunystės g. 1, Klaipėda), registration will continue until 22.00.

Pre-registration of participants is available online from 24 November 2025 to 13 January 2026 by filling in the google form by clicking here or by scanning the QR code (to be announced later), if you are participating as part of a team, the form must be filled in by each participant with the name of the team in the relevant field.

Large teams of soldiers, young shooters and schoolchildren can register at zygis1923@gmail.com by sending in a completed application form. A sample application form is available here.

The team leader submits 2 copies of the final team application form at the registration desk.
