It is the first restaurant in Lithuania whose dishes have been certified by the Lithuanian Culinary Heritage Foundation. The dishes certified by the Foundation meet three main requirements: 1) the dishes are historic, 2) known for at least 100 years, 3) they are made from Lithuanian products using old production technologies.
Here, the cepelinas are made according to an authentic recipe, which has been recreated together with ethnologists. This was inherited by the experts of the Culinary Heritage Foundation, who have recognised the best and most in keeping with culinary traditions.
