A special itinerary to get to know Klaipėda, a city with a special seaside atmosphere. Most of the sculptures and monuments are located in the city centre and the Old Town, so a half-day walking tour will give you time to get to know most of them. Do not miss Magic Mouse sculptures, because if you whisper your wishes into the mouse’s ears, they come true. In Theatre Square you will find Tarava’s Anikė – it differs from other official monuments in its lyricism, romanticism and democracy. The love song “Tarawa Anikė” is sung in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. At the swing bridge you will be greeted by a Black Ghost, while at the Biržos bridge, on the Royal Quay, a luxurious throne beckons passers-by with Klaipėdos mermaid.
